Overview of Refund

We don’t offer full or partial refunds. We recommend using our free plugin before purchasing the full-featured plugin. Downloadable items are non-returnable.

Refunds Policy

We recommend using our free plugin and reading the complete documentation of the plugin before purchasing. You send an email to us if you have any questions or confusion.  

All WordPress sites are not compatible with this plugin. 

If the plugin conflicts with other plugins or themes, we don’t offer a full or partial refund. 

If your server or site configuration prevents you from using our plugin, we don’t offer a full or partial refund.

If you see a bug with the full-featured plugin, you should specify the exact problem. After then, we will suggest what you should do, or our tech team can fix it directly on your site.  If you don’t follow our instruction or unable to allow us to provide access to fix problem, we will not offer a full or partial refund.  After following our instructions, if the featured plugin does not work, we will refund you after 30 days.  You must claim it within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days of your purchase, we will not refund you fully or partially. 

“This Simple Export Import for ACF Data” depends on the “Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)” plugin. If this plugin is incompatible with ACF after 14 days of purchasing, we can’t offer a full or partial refund.  This same rule applies to yearly/monthly subscribers and a bundle (limited number of sites). 


We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed after 30 days of your purchase. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
